Cancellation Policy Rescheduling and Cancellations: Clients are responsible to be on time to their appointment. Cancellation is required at least 48 hours prior to appointment time or cancellation fees will apply No Show/No Call: If a client fails to show up to their appointment with no notice, the client will be charged 50% up to 100% of the service.
